Soll has more than 35 years of experience in the investment industry and joined Stifel in 2005.  Prior to Stifel, he served as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager with Advest, Inc.  He and his daughter, Leah, are a close-knit, father-daughter investment team that offers a unique level of care and dedication in their work.

Soll holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 8 (General Securities Sales Supervisor), Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Agent), and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).  He also holds life and variable insurance licenses, including annuities.

Active in the community, Soll has served as chairman of the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society Yacht Regattas and other sailing events and holds a volunteer role on the board of managers at Shennecossett Yacht Club.  He was also a founding general partner of Mystic Shipyard, LLC.

Soll and his wife, Anne, live in Noank, Connecticut and have two grown daughters. Those who know Soll are familiar with his high-energy character and his enthusiasm for his family, friends, and hobbies.  In his free time, he enjoys sailing, skiing, and traveling.

Leah became a Financial Advisor after working in marketing for nearly 12 years.  With family in the industry, she gained exposure to investing and budgeting at a young age.  She and her father, Soll, formed their team at Stifel in 2018.  Leah holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Investment Advisor Representative) licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses, including annuities.

Prior to joining Stifel, she was most recently an Account Director at Digitas in Boston.  There, she partnered with a broad array of brands and teams on customer experience management, e-commerce, and cross-channel marketing campaigns.  She graduated cum laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

One of Leah's areas of focus has always been helping others, which is also reflected in her genuine approach to financial guidance.  Leah is involved with networks supporting women in business and student mentoring, and she actively volunteers with New England hospitals as well as health and wellness groups.

Originally from Connecticut, Leah lives in Mystic, and she continues to make regular visits to Boston.  She enjoys meeting with clients throughout the region.

Lisa has 30 years of financial services industry experience and joined Stifel in 2005.  Prior to Stifel, she served as a Branch Manager at Advest, Inc.  An integral part of the Goldenthal Investment Group, she is known for her keen attention to detail and providing top-notch client service while supporting the team's operations.

Lisa attended the University of Connecticut and holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 9 & 10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor) licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).  She also attained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ (AAMS®) designation.

Lisa and her husband have been married for more than 30 years and have two grown sons.  They live in Oakdale, Connecticut.
